Associate Attorney

Our busy law firm is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working attorney who would like to join our firm as an associate attorney. We are a firm of five attorneys with a great support staff of paralegals and legal assistants.

We seek an associate to work generally in the area of family law:

  • Divorce
  • Modifications (primarily Parenting Plans)
  • Child Support
  • Domestic Violence
  • Minor Guardianships

Two or more years of experience is preferable for this position.

Full-Time Paralegal

Our busy law firm is seeking a full-time paralegal. Our major practice areas include family law, adoptions, estate planning, and probate, in addition to other civil matters, including civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A team player
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail; highly organized and meticulous
  • Professional, dependable, efficient and direct, patient, and empathetic
  • Proficient writer with great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with team members and clients
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys and follow instructions well
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook (or eager to learn)
  • Skilled in legal research (or eager to learn)

The paralegal in this position generally will assist two attorneys in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, and civil litigation.

An Advanced Paralegal Certificate is helpful but not required. Experience with Clio (our calendaring and billing program) is a plus. Performance-based bonus with billable hour requirements. Medical benefits provided.

Our busy Everett law firm is looking for a full-time family law paralegal for our family law-focused practice.
