Attorney Justin B. Morgan
Justin B. Morgan is an associate at Tuohy Minor Kruse PLLC, practicing probate, business, and real estate law. A proactive advocate and fearless leader, Justin is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their best outcomes. He approaches each legal challenge with a desire to understand his client’s specific needs so that he can provide candid and practical resolution strategies.
Born and raised in Detroit, Mich., Justin initially pursued a career in broadcasting and then later Public Relations. He graduated magna cum laude from Central Michigan University in 2005 with a degree in Public Relations and then graduated magna cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2012 in the top ten percent of his graduating class. Throughout his career, Justin has represented clients of all backgrounds—from individuals to international businesses—on various legal matters and litigation, all with a passion for problem resolution.
He is most passionate about representing small business owners and individuals who deserve the protection of their legal rights. Justin currently practices law in Washington (his home away from home) as well as in his birth state, Michigan.
