Justin Morgan is an emerging star in negotiations, contracts, and in real property issues. Prior to joining Tuohy Minor Kruse PLLC, Justin was a corporate attorney at Honeywell Scanning and Mobility where he negotiated both international and domestic multi-million-dollar agreements. In this position, he provided candid advice and guidance to the sales and operations team and became the go-to advisor for their most challenging client negotiations.
Prior to being a corporate attorney, Justin worked for the Bankruptcy Court in Tacoma, Washington and the Washington State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office. Additionally, he devoted several years working with the Michigan State Senate and the Washington State King County government before becoming an attorney.
Justin Morgan approaches each client with a desire to understand their specific needs so he can provide honest and practical advice on how to best achieve their objectives. His practice includes commercial agreements, real estate, probate, bankruptcy, and small business formation.
He graduated magna cum laude from Central Michigan University in 2005 with a degree in Public Relations, and graduated magna cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2012. He is admitted to practice in both Washington State and Federal Court (Western District).
